1. Eligibility:
As of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, participants must (i) be legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States or the District of Columbia (ii) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and (iii) have received a valid invitation or group code from a participating employer, non-profit or other similar type of organization. Employees of QUBER Savings, Inc., (“Sponsor”) their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility upon entry and/or upon selection as a potential winner. Void in any state not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. 2. Period:
A sweepstakes period consists of six (6) monthly entry periods (“Monthly Entry Period”) and one (1) grand prize entry period (“Grand Prize Entry Period”) (collectively, “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer/clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Monthly Entry Period 2: Begins February 1, 2024 00:00:00 AM ET and ends February 29, 2024 23:59:59 PM ET, Monthly Draw Date March 8, 2024. (5 prizes x $50)
Monthly Entry Period 3: Begins March 1, 2024 00:00:00 AM ET and ends March 31, 2024 23:59:59 PM ET, Monthly Draw Date April 12, 2024. (5 prizes x $50)

3. How to enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may enter using one (1) of the following two (2) methods:
QUBER App Method: Save to Win ballots are awarded to users based on their QUBER account growth in multiples of $20. The number of ballots a user earns during any Sweepstakes Period is equal to the balance of their QUBER account at the end of that period minus the balance of their QUBER account at the beginning of the period divided by twenty (20). Savings must remain in the QUBER account until after the draw in question is complete to be counted as ballots.
Bonus Entries: Periodically during the Sweepstakes Period additional bonus entry opportunities will be available within the QUBER app. Entrants should login to the QUBER app periodically for bonus entry opportunities, instructions, and limits.
Alternate Method: To receive an entry without opening a QUBER bank account or without making a transfer to the QUBER bank account, an eligible entrant must visit www.qubersavings.com/save-to-win-online-entry-form during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Online Sweepstakes Entry Form in its entirety including: complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY). Each Online Entry received will be entered into the then-current Monthly Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period. All Online Entries must be received no later than the End Date and received on or before the Draw Date, as listed in Section 2 in order to be eligible for the applicable Monthly Entry Period and Grand Prize Entry Period.
Online Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address and e-mail address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules or other specifications provided by Sponsor may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Regardless of method of entry, you must complete all requirements and provide all information required by Sponsor to successfully submit an entry. Incomplete or illegible entries, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.
4. Random Drawings:
On or about each Monthly Draw Date listed in Section 2, the Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential $50 cash prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Each winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of his or her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. At the Sponsor’s discretion, a potential winner may not be awarded a prize for the following reasons: if their account is closed at the time of awards, if fraudulent activity has been detected on the account or if the account has been deemed a potential risk for fraud. Additionally, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential prize winner who appears to be willfully engaging in unfair practices or attempts to game the system.
On or about each Grand Prize Draw Date listed in Section 2, the Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential $1000 cash prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Grand Prize Entry Period. The winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of his or her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. At the Sponsor’s discretion, a potential winner may not be awarded a prize for the following reasons: if their account is closed at the time of awards, if fraudulent activity has been detected on the account or if the account has been deemed a potential risk for fraud. Additionally, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential prize winner who appears to be willfully engaging in unfair practices or attempts to game the system.
5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (ARV), and Odds of Winning:
I. Grand Prizes (1 total): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive $1,000 either: (i) deposited into his/her QUBER bank account (if he/she entered via QUBER App Method) or (ii) in the form of an Amazon e-gift card emailed to the grand prize winner (if he/she entered via Online Entry) ("Grand Prize"). The ARV of the Grand Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).
II. Monthly Prizes (5 per Monthly Entry Period, 30 total): Each Monthly Prize Winner will receive $50 either: (i) deposited into his/her QUBER bank account (if he/she entered via QUBER App Method) or (ii) in the form of an Amazon e-gift card emailed to the Monthly Prize Winner (if he/she entered via Online Entry) (“Monthly”). Thirty (30) Monthly Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – five (5) per each Monthly Entry Period. The ARV of each Additional Cash Prize is Fifty Dollars ($50) for an aggregate ARV of $1,500 in Monthly Prizes.
III. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).
IV. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period or Grand Prize Entry Period.
V. Prize Conditions: In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received), Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes for the applicable prize level(s) in a random drawing from among all prize claims received for the applicable prize level(s). Limit of one (1) Monthly Prize per person/household within 12 months. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/household within 12 months. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. The Promotion Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Acceptance of prize by winner constitutes permission for Sponsor to use such winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All prize details not specified in these rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions; winners should review gift cards for details.
6. How to Claim a Prize:
Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail within three (3) business days from the Draw Date with further instructions on how to claim his/her prize. If a notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner FAILS TO RESPOND TO THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE THE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries in the applicable Monthly Entry Period or Grand Prize Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Upon verification of eligibility, each prize will be either: (i) automatically deposited into the winner’s QUBER bank account (if he/she entered via QUBER App Method) or (ii) e-mailed to the winner at the e-mail address provided on his/her Online Entry (if he/she entered via Online Entry). The Promotion Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in providing a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to provide or deliver a prize, the prize may not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AS DETERMINED AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.
7. Rights Granted By You:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, any information, images, or other media about or associated with you, including any name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the potential winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website/platform upon which it is hosted, violates these Official Rules, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who has engaged in conduct intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s representatives, or who otherwise engages in conduct that Sponsor deems to be objectionable or against the spirit of the Sweepstakes, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication.
9. Limitation of Liability:
By submitting your entry, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of its respective partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (vi) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or other correspondence; or (vii) injury or damage to persons or property.
10. Disputes:
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between you on the one hand, and Sponsor, on the other hand, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Delaware having proper jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, all punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including attorney’s fees), and any other award beyond your actual out-of-pocket expenses to submit your entry (i.e. direct costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Upon verification of eligibility, each prize will be either: (i) automatically deposited into the winner’s QUBER bank account (if he/she entered via QUBER App Method) or (ii) e-mailed to the winner at the e-mail address provided on his/her Online Entry (if he/she entered via Online Entry). The Promotion Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in providing a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to provide or deliver a prize, the prize may not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AS DETERMINED AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.
7. Rights Granted By You:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, any information, images, or other media about or associated with you, including any name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the potential winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website/platform upon which it is hosted, violates these Official Rules, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who has engaged in conduct intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s representatives, or who otherwise engages in conduct that Sponsor deems to be objectionable or against the spirit of the Sweepstakes, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication.
9. Limitation of Liability:
By submitting your entry, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of its respective partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (vi) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or other correspondence; or (vii) injury or damage to persons or property.
10. Disputes:
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between you on the one hand, and Sponsor, on the other hand, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Delaware having proper jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, all punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including attorney’s fees), and any other award beyond your actual out-of-pocket expenses to submit your entry (i.e. direct costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
